Your rights and how you can contact us

Champion respects your right to choose how we may contact you. If you would like to stop receiving information from Champion, you can follow the opt-out instructions provided in any communication message you receive. Champion will honor your request to stop receiving promotional messages from us, in accordance with your opt-out instructions. However, we may continue to send you service-related communications such as emails confirming purchases through our websites. We may also retain your information for recording keeping purposes, for example, to make sure that we fulfil your request not to send any particular type of messages.

Right of access

You have the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning yourself, and to complete incomplete data.

Right of erasure

Under certain circumstances you are entitled to request that we erase your personal data or restrict our processing of your data, for example when it is no longer necessary for us to process your data taking into consideration the purposes for which they were collected.

Right to objection - direct marketing and profiling

You have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data for direct marketing, which includes profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
